Digital Delivery Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
RecipeHaven sells digital recipe cookbooks in PDF format. These products are delivered electronically; no physical book or parcel will be shipped.
Where download delivery is enabled for a product, access instructions or a download link will be provided through the delivery method configured for that product. This may include the order confirmation or a follow-up email. Delivery timing can depend on successful payment confirmation and the digital-delivery app or service used.
If you have completed payment but cannot find your file, check the email address used at checkout, including spam or junk folders, and then contact recipehaven01@gmail.com with your order number.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Contact us if you need help accessing a purchased file.
