RecipeHaven sells digital recipe cookbooks in PDF format. No physical item is shipped.
Digital purchases: Because a digital file can be accessed or copied after delivery, purchases are generally final once the file or download access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Missing or defective files: If your download link does not work, the file is corrupted, or the purchased file is not supplied, contact us at recipehaven01@gmail.com with your order details. We will try to restore access or provide a working file. If we cannot resolve it, we will review an appropriate refund in line with applicable law.
Duplicate or mistaken payments: If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Please include your order number and the email used at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
